• MS or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. A BS in EE/ECE counts when paired with strong industry experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on chip design or semiconductor work in industry.
• Deep knowledge in one or more areas: VLSI design, digital chip design, analog chip design, EDA tooling, semiconductor fabrication, or formal verification.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence Innovus, Synopsys Design Compiler, Mentor Calibre, Verilog, SystemVerilog, ModelSim, Vivado, or Quartus is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
