- Draft delivery scenarios that mirror real sprint cycles, spanning planning sessions through retrospectives.
- Write reference answers that make the facilitation logic behind every intervention explicit.
- Score model responses on agile soundness and on how well they account for team dynamics.
- Flag guidance that follows the textbook but would create real harm if a scrum master applied it.
- Explain your reasoning in clear written English so reviewers can trace each judgment call.
- Keep scenario quality consistent across submissions so the evaluation set holds up over time.
- Set your own weekly schedule and scale hours up or down as project demand shifts.
Requirements8
- Two or more years serving as a scrum master or agile delivery lead for software teams.
- Hands-on experience running the full ceremony cycle, from planning through retrospectives.
- Depth in backlog management, impediment removal and coaching team members through friction.
- Written English strong enough to explain a facilitation decision to someone who was not in the room.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with no upper limit.
- CSM, PSM or SAFe certification preferred.
- Background coaching several teams at once or scaling agile practices is a plus.
- Prior work as a developer, tester or product owner helps you read technical context in scenarios.
