Sales and Marketing Expert | $60-$70/hr Remote
Overview
Mercor is looking for veteran sales and marketing operators to design evaluation tasks for AI systems used in Fortune 500 go-to-market environments. In this remote, hourly-contractor role, you'll turn your real-world enterprise experience into test scenarios, reference deliverables, and scoring rubrics that help AI models think like senior GTM leaders. Your work will directly shape how AI handles complex deals, brand strategy, and RevOps workflows.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build realistic enterprise sales scenarios involving $1M+ ACV deals, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and long procurement cycles at large public companies.
- 2Create marketing evaluation tasks covering Fortune 500 brand strategy, enterprise account-based marketing, large-scale demand generation, lifecycle programs, and category positioning.
- 3Develop revenue operations and go-to-market scenarios using enterprise stacks like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach.
- 4Apply enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management to produce deal strategies, account plans, and executive narratives.
- 5Write scoring rubrics that can tell the difference between genuine enterprise GTM judgment and generic playbook memorization.
Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of hands-on sales, marketing, or revenue operations experience at a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor or inside a major global brand.
- 2Direct ownership of F500 accounts, brand campaigns, or demand-generation programs — not just supporting roles.
- 3Deep familiarity with enterprise GTM tools and methodologies, plus a practical understanding of how budgets, procurement, and legal review work in large companies.
- 4Experience writing rubrics, sales-enablement curriculum, or training content is a nice-to-have.
Who Should Apply
This role is for senior sales, marketing, and RevOps professionals who've spent years operating inside large enterprises and can translate that judgment into structured AI-training tasks. You should be comfortable thinking about the nuances of big deals and global brand campaigns — and able to articulate what 'good' looks like in a clear, teachable way. If you've owned F500 accounts or programs and enjoy mentoring or content creation, you'll thrive here.
