What You'll Do6
- 1Craft realistic evaluation scenarios that mimic daily activities in securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance reasoning.
- 2Assemble and organize authentic support materials such as market data sets, client documentation, and regulatory references to accompany each task.
- 3Determine and explain the correct market decision or advisory action, explicitly citing relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- 4Write detailed rubrics with at least 35 criteria to evaluate agent performance in market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and client communication accuracy.
- 5Ensure every task reflects the true complexity of real-world operations, avoiding oversimplified or contrived examples.
- 6Work with technical teams to clarify task objectives and help refine benchmarking standards for agent evaluation.
Requirements7
- 1Hold an active Series 7/63 license or an international equivalent that demonstrates regulatory knowledge.
- 2Bring at least 4 years of experience at a brokerage, bank, or trading platform, with substantial exposure to compliance-driven processes.
- 3Have direct hands-on experience executing trades and providing client advisory in securities and commodities markets.
- 4Read and interpret market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials with ease.
- 5Write clear, precise, and comprehensive technical documentation; strong verbal communication is also essential.
- 6Show proven ability to design nuanced tasks and grading rubrics relevant to financial operations.
- 7Preferably have experience working remotely and managing complex deliverables independently.
