RunOps Support – Platform and Infra | $25-$50/hr Remote
Overview
This role puts your infrastructure expertise to work powering next-generation AI systems. You'll monitor and maintain production environments, respond to incidents, and improve platform reliability — all while helping train smarter AI models. No prior AI experience needed; your hands-on knowledge of Linux, containers, and cloud platforms is what counts.
What You'll Do7
- 1Keep production systems running smoothly by monitoring servers, containers, storage, and network components, and stepping in to resolve issues quickly.
- 2Own the response to operational alerts — lead troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and restore services fast.
- 3Optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm to ensure efficient deployments.
- 4Work side-by-side with DevOps and SRE teams to automate manual processes and tighten system reliability.
- 5Maintain and improve the internal tools and platform services that engineering teams rely on every day.
- 6Participate in on-call rotations or shift schedules to provide around-the-clock operational support.
- 7Use observability tools such as ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus to spot potential problems before they cause outages.
Requirements7
- 1At least 2 years of hands-on experience in platform, infrastructure support, RunOps, or DevOps roles.
- 2Deep knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting for automation and efficient troubleshooting.
- 3Proven ability to work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in production environments.
- 4Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins.
- 5Strong familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and its core services.
- 6Experience with observability stacks like ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- 7Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for documenting processes and collaborating across teams.
