What You'll Do7

  • 6Create clear documentation and effectively communicate technical workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 7Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, minimizing downtime through rapid incident response and root cause analysis.

Requirements7

  • 1Proven track record in DevOps methodologies and managing cloud-native infrastructure at scale.
  • 2Hands-on experience orchestrating containers with Kubernetes and managing services on AWS (e.g., EC2, EKS, S3).
  • 3Deep understanding of CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • 4Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and cross-team collaboration.
  • 5Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
  • 6Ability to handle incident response and root cause analysis in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • 7Preferred: Relevant AWS or Kubernetes certifications, experience in distributed remote teams, or background in regulated/enterprise settings.
