What You'll Do7
- 1Take charge of production-level development and refactoring across both Python and TypeScript codebases.
- 2Lead or support large-scale codebase migrations, rewrites, and modernization projects spanning multiple languages.
- 3Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to produce and refine high-quality human data used for AI training.
- 4Uphold software engineering best practices including clean code, maintainability, and thorough documentation.
- 5Diagnose and solve complex technical issues that arise in both Python and TypeScript environments.
- 6Participate in code reviews, offering critical feedback and a strong commitment to code quality.
- 7Maintain at least six hours of overlap with Eastern Time to coordinate with the customer’s global team.

- 1At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2Advanced, production-level proficiency in both Python and TypeScript.
- 3A proven track record of successfully leading large-scale codebase migrations or rewrites.
- 4Experience creating or curating human data for AI training or similar workflows.
- 5Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
- 6Availability to overlap at least six hours with Eastern Time business hours.
