Python + Go Developer | $30-$80/hr Remote
Overview
This role involves developing and optimizing robust, scalable solutions using Python and GoLang, with a focus on leading codebase migrations between the two languages. You will collaborate with AI researchers to build and enhance AI training infrastructure, applying best practices in software engineering and automation. No prior AI experience is required—your domain expertise in software engineering is what matters. The position is fully remote and offers a contractor arrangement.

- 1Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable solutions using Python and GoLang

Requirements6
- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant time in both Python and GoLang
- 2Demonstrated expertise in production environments, including codebase migrations and system rewrites between Python and Go
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to collaboration
- 4Proven ability to deliver results independently in a remote, distributed team setting
- 5Available for at least 6+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time
- 6Track record of high-quality code delivery and technical decision-making in fast-paced environments
