What You'll Do8
- 1Act as the daily point of contact for AI data initiatives, ensuring workflows stay on track and operations run smoothly.

Requirements7
- 1Must be based in the United States.
- 2A STEM background is strongly preferred.
- 3At least 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
- 4Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects — as a coordinator, team lead, EPM, or expert contributor.
- 5Prior experience on AI/data programs at organizations like Meta, TikTok, or Amazon is a plus, as is EPM or project-lead experience on Mercor projects.
- 6Strong data management skills in Excel and SQL, plus working knowledge of coding.
- 7Previous people management experience or a demonstrated ability to lead large groups effectively.
