PMO / Business Analyst – DMS Application
Overview
This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements for a DMS application, creating process flows and wireframes, and coordinating with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project execution. The position requires strong analytical and documentation skills with expertise in BRD, SRS, and FRD preparation.
What You'll Do8
- 1Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners.
- 2Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts.
- 3Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps.
- 4Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution.
- 5Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma.
- 6Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities.
- 7Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates.
- 8Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations.
Requirements8
- 13–7 years of experience as PMO, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Project Coordinator.
- 2Experience working on DMS (Dealer Management System / Document Management System) applications.
- 3Strong expertise in preparing BRD, SRS, FRD, Use Case Documents, and User Documentation.
- 4Hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow documentation, and business process mapping.
- 5Working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and requirement visualization.
- 6Strong stakeholder and partner management experience.
- 7Good understanding of SDLC and Agile project methodologies.
- 8Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
