What You'll Do8

- 3Build benchmark datasets and test environments that mirror real-world clinical and biomedical scenarios.

- 5Analyze performance, safety, reasoning quality, and failure patterns in medical use cases, then document findings.
- 6Produce research reports, evaluation methodologies, and best-practice guidelines for healthcare AI.
- 7Keep up with advances in medicine, healthcare delivery, biomedical research, and AI to inform ongoing work.
- 8Contribute to industry standards for evaluating AI reliability in healthcare settings.
Requirements4
- 1An advanced degree (e.g., MD, DO, PhD, MPH, PharmD) in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a related healthcare field.
- 2Deep expertise in clinical practice, healthcare operations, biomedical research, public health, healthcare analytics, or evidence-based medicine.
- 3Proven experience conducting medical, clinical, or healthcare research with strong understanding of research design and evidence evaluation.
- 4Exceptional analytical reasoning and scientific communication skills, plus comfort working in multidisciplinary teams across research, healthcare, technology, or policy.

Salary Insight
The national base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000–$250,000, plus equity compensation, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, and a 401(K) match.
