Medicare Advantage Brokers Survey – Agent & Enrollment Insights | $140 One-Time Remote
Listing checked August 29, 2026 · pay as published by Mercor
Overview
Mercor is running a paid research study with an AI research lab that focuses on healthcare and member experiences. The study recruits licensed health insurance agents and brokers who actively sell Medicare Advantage plans to share how they advise clients, handle enrollments, and work with different carriers. Participants complete a roughly 20-minute online survey with multiple-choice questions and voice-recorded responses. The work is fully remote, and each eligible participant receives a one-time $140 payment after verification.
What You'll Do5
- 1Complete a structured online survey that takes about 20 minutes.
- 2Answer multiple-choice questions about your Medicare Advantage sales and enrollment practices.
- 3Record short voice responses describing how you work with clients across carriers and plans.
- 4Submit your completed survey before the specified deadline.
- 5Share your real-world experience from the most recent Annual Enrollment Period to inform AI tool development.
Requirements6
- 1Hold an active health insurance agent or broker license and personally enroll clients in Medicare Advantage plans.
- 2Have actively sold Medicare Advantage plans during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
- 3Work as an independent agent, agency owner or principal, agency-employed agent, or tele-sales agent. Captive single-carrier employees are not eligible.
- 4Be based in the United States.
- 5Have access to a microphone and a quiet place to record clear voice responses.
- 6Be able to complete the online survey independently.
Who Should Apply
This role fits licensed health insurance agents and brokers who sell Medicare Advantage hands-on and have recent AEP experience. Independent agents, agency owners, and tele-sales agents who talk to clients daily will find the questions straightforward. The role is less suitable for captive agents who only represent one carrier or for professionals who do not directly handle enrollments. Common rejection reasons include not having an active license, lacking AEP sales activity, or submitting incomplete voice responses.
Salary Insight
The study pays a flat $140 one-time fee after your submission is verified. For a 20-minute online survey, that works out to a strong hourly equivalent, especially for licensed agents who already have the domain knowledge.

Application Tip
Before applying, have your license details and AEP sales numbers ready. In the voice responses, speak clearly about the specific carriers and plan types you work with, since the research team is looking for concrete enrollment experience.

Mercor
VerifiedMedical Expert - Remote AI Evaluation & Review
Mercor recruits health professionals who can supply the medical judgment that top AI research teams cannot generate on their own. The medicine pool is an open call, not a single opening, so it remains live while projects start on short notice. When a project launches, you may write a case from your practice with the presentation, workup, constraints, and reference answer that sets the standard for grading a model's attempt. You may also review model output for clinical reasoning, checking whether the differential follows a sensible order, whether a guideline applies to the patient, and whether the care plan is safe to carry out. Mercor sets rates per project, and most work is remote and part-time.
