• Write clinical questions and case scenarios that push AI models on intake workflows, vital sign interpretation, procedures, EHR charting, lab work and drug basics.
• Score model responses against real medical assisting standards and explain in writing where an answer falls short.
• Give detailed corrective feedback that names the specific clinical error and the correct practice.
• Work with healthcare and engineering teammates to calibrate how hard each question set should be.
• Adjust difficulty so the material stays rigorous without becoming unfair or ambiguous.
• Check your own items for clinical accuracy before they enter the training set.
• Cover a spread of settings and tasks so the dataset reflects real clinical variety.

Requirements5

• Current Medical Assistant certification in good standing (CMA, RMA, CCMA or equivalent).
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable training path.
• Hands-on clinical experience across both patient-facing and administrative duties.
• Sharp analytical reading and clear written communication, with close attention to clinical detail.
• Ability to spot small inaccuracies in a model's answer and explain why they matter.
