What You'll Do6

• Compose clinical vignettes drawn from your practice, including patient presentation, lab values, imaging findings, and the reference answer an AI model will be scored against.
• Review model responses for diagnostic reasoning, such as differential ordering, premature closure, anchoring, and alignment with accepted guidelines.
• Identify recommendations that seem correct in a textbook but create risk for a specific patient due to comorbidities, contraindications, or limited access to care.
• Explain clinical reasoning in writing so reviewers and project teams can see why a model answer passes or fails.
• Flag unclear task instructions or ambiguous grading criteria before they affect project output.
• Apply board-certified judgment to cases across your specialty and document the basis for each clinical call.

• M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification.
• Current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Active clinical practice, or clinical work recent enough to explain the reasoning behind a call.
• Clear written communication for explaining your clinical reasoning.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
• Final-year residents and fellows may apply.
• Training location matters less than current clinical judgment.
