LLM C/ C++ Developer
Overview
A company building next-generation dialog agents for education, entertainment, and question-answering needs a C++ engineer to review and validate AI-generated code. In this contract role, you will debug C/C++ code produced by AI systems, help define new features with cross-functional teams, and contribute to training LLM back-end components. You will also improve public GitHub repositories and mentor other developers through code review. - 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

- 3Advanced knowledge of C and C++ and current software development best practices.
- 4Familiarity with AI systems and code-generation technologies (preferred).
- 5Active contributor to public GitHub repositories, including building features and refactoring code in projects with 50K+ lines of code.
- 6Experience training LLM models and building reliable, scalable back-end components using modern coding practices across several languages and frameworks.
- 7Able to work closely with developers, inspire them, and model strong engineering habits.
- 8Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Who Should Apply
An ideal candidate for this contract role is a senior C/C++ engineer who has led developers and feels comfortable assessing code written by an AI. You should have a visible GitHub history on large codebases and enough backend know-how to support LLM training work. The role is less suitable for developers who want a conventional full-time employment contract with fixed hours, or who prefer a purely managerial position without hands-on coding.
