Korean AI Analyst Photographer

Overview
Turing needs Korean-speaking photographers and annotators to build evaluation materials for multimodal AI agents. You will source authentic, licensed photographs of real-world places, products, and media from your locale, then mask, degrade, or crop them so key identifiers stay hidden. Each deliverable pairs a time-bound English prompt with grading criteria and solution notes, and agents must run multi-step research through Google Search, Google Lens, or reverse image search to recover the truth. The engagement runs as a contractor role for up to 16 weeks, with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time.
What You'll Do8
- 1Collect genuine, high-resolution photographs covering landmarks, products, and media tied to your assigned region.
- 2Confirm every image is copyright-free, publicly accessible, explicitly licensed, or your own work, and record the license type and source.
- 3Trace image subjects through iterative research using Google Search, Google Lens, reverse image search, and other reputable references.
- 4Produce cropped, masked, occluded, or degraded variants that hide identifying details while leaving believable visual clues intact.
- 5Draft clear English prompts with sensible time bounds that never expose the target identity or answer.
- 6Write a single objective grading sentence for each evaluation instance.
- 7Document solution notes covering the ground-truth subject, research path, supporting evidence, and expected result.
- 8Organize files inside shared Google Drive folders using the agreed naming conventions and structured submission format.
Requirements8
- 1Native or highly fluent Korean, plus strong working English for prompts, rubrics, and solution notes.
- 2Deep familiarity with regionally significant but non-touristy landmarks, universities, municipal buildings, and domestic film and media in your locale.
- 3Comfort with iterative, multi-step investigative research using Google Search, Google Lens, and reverse image search to verify subjects from partial clues.
- 4Ability to source and verify imagery from Wikimedia Commons, Smithsonian Open Access, Creative Commons, and public-domain collections, or supply original photography.
- 5Skills to crop, mask, or obscure source images while preserving realistic secondary visual clues.
- 6A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any discipline.
- 7Preference for backgrounds in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance, though not mandatory.
- 8Willingness to grant app-integration permissions and complete consent forms and non-disclosure agreements.
Who Should Apply
The strongest fit is someone who grew up or lives in the target locale and can name local landmarks, campuses, civic buildings, and domestic films that outsiders would never recognize. Candidates need working English to write prompts and rubrics, hands-on comfort with Photoshop or similar editors for masking and cropping, and patience for tracing a subject through several search rounds. People who treat annotation as fast clicking will struggle here, because every instance demands documented provenance, a one-sentence rubric, and solution notes. Common reasons applicants score low: they cannot show image-licensing literacy or provenance records, and they submit prompts that leak the answer instead of hiding it behind realistic visual clues. This role suits detail-driven researchers, not those seeking full-time employment or quick task work.

Handshake AI
VerifiedKorean AI Response Evaluation Specialist - South Korea
Handshake AI seeks Korean speakers in South Korea to rank and critique model outputs for more personalized answers. You will work inside an annotation platform, drawing on your own ChatGPT usage to compare two responses and explain which one fits a specific user better. Written feedback in Korean carries the weight here, while the platform and training materials arrive in English. You set your own schedule, with no fixed shift or minimum hour count.

Turing
VerifiedAI Quality Analyst (Personalization) - Korean
This role evaluates a new personalization feature for Gemini that draws on past conversations, Gmail, Google Search, and YouTube activity. You will design multi-turn prompts from your own personal context and then judge how well the model grounds responses in real evidence rather than inferences. The work includes side-by-side (SxS) ranking of two model outputs, writing structured rationales that cite specific turn numbers, and checking Debug Info to verify chat summaries and data sources. Korean is the focus language, so reading and writing fluency in Korean is required. The position is remote, full-time with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with PST, and runs as a 3-month contractor engagement.
