• Grade model attempts against your reference answer and the standards of your field.

• Clear writing that explains your reasoning step by step.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and a habit of flagging unclear instructions.
• Ability to separate a strong reading from a plausible but weak one.
• Deep knowledge in at least one area such as history, classics, philosophy, ethics, logic, literature, religious studies, or cultural studies.
