Overview
AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure what their models can and cannot do in real professional work, and this contract puts working graphic designers inside that loop. You write the brand and layout briefs those evaluations run on, then grade what image models return against typography, logo fidelity and composition standards a practicing designer would apply. The work happens fully async with no fixed hours, a floor of 10 hours a week and no ceiling. Pay arrives weekly through Stripe at a rate set from your experience.
What You'll Do6
- Write realistic brand and layout briefs, the kind an agency or in-house team would hand to a designer.
- Explain in written critiques the typographic and layout reasoning behind every judgment you make.
- Score generated images for text rendering, logo fidelity, composition and brand consistency.
- Catch outputs that look polished at a glance yet break typographic or brand rules a professional would spot.
- Turn visual judgment into clear, teachable reasoning that others can follow and reuse.
- Keep your grading consistent across briefs so evaluations stay comparable from one scenario to the next.
Requirements6
- Two or more years of professional graphic design experience.
- Real depth in typography, layout and brand identity work.
- Hands-on fluency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.
- Portfolio evidence of logo and identity systems, plus editorial, packaging or campaign projects.
- Written English strong enough to document design rationale in detail.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with no upper limit.
Who Should Apply

Salary Insight
