Overview
micro1 seeks German Bilingual Experts to support a customer project that advances AI solutions. You will listen to German audio and judge how natural and fluent the speech or model output sounds. Your assessments, written in English, help train next-generation AI systems. No AI background is needed; deep knowledge of German language and culture is what counts.
What You'll Do7
- Evaluate German audio clips for nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
- Judge pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using provided guidelines.
- Write clear, concise feedback in English that documents your assessments and key linguistic factors.
- Give detailed justifications for each evaluation to keep results clear and consistent.
- Work with project coordinators to resolve questions or ambiguities in language content.
- Share insights that help improve AI model performance in German understanding and generation.
- Complete assigned audio review tasks on time while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements7
- Native or near-native German proficiency with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Background in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related language field.
- Experience with editorial, proofreading, or content review work in German.
- Comfort using digital tools for documentation, collaboration, and content management.
- Ability to explain complex language concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach with a commitment to linguistic quality.
- Prior involvement in technology, AI, or data-driven projects is a plus, not required.
