Finance Manager - Automation and AI Focus

We're looking for a Finance Manager to modernize and streamline our global accounting operations. In this role, you'll take charge of dual-entity financials for our US parent and India subsidiary — and aggressively adopt AI and automation to eliminate manual bottlenecks in management reporting and FP&A. What You'll Do5
- 1Oversee daily accounting, month-end close, and entity consolidation for both the US parent (using QuickBooks and US GAAP) and the Indian subsidiary (using Zoho Books and Ind AS).
- 2Lead the integration of AI and automation tools to replace manual reporting processes and build dynamic, real-time FP&A dashboards.
- 3Work closely with an external Consultant CPA on compliance matters while taking the lead on internal workflow improvements.
- 4Manage multi-currency consolidations and ensure accurate financial reporting across the US-India corporate structure.
- 5Identify bottlenecks in the current tech stack and champion automation initiatives to boost efficiency across the finance function.
Requirements4
- 1Solid grasp of US GAAP and Ind AS (no CPA/CA required, but hands-on experience counts).
- 2Proven ability to work fluently with QuickBooks and Zoho Books in a multi-entity environment.
- 3A track record of implementing automation and AI tools to improve financial reporting and process efficiency.
- 4Experience managing multi-currency consolidations and navigating the complexities of a US-India corporate structure.
