What You'll Do8
- 1Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- 2Handle email correspondence, calls, and meeting requests with efficiency and discretion.
- 3Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- 4Track follow-ups, monitor project timelines, and ensure all deliverables and commitments are met.
- 5Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- 6Support the creation of business decks, proposals, and meeting documentation.
- 7Conduct research, compile data, and prepare insights for strategic discussions.
- 8Oversee personal appointments, errands, expenses, and logistics as required.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a senior leader, entrepreneur, or C-suite executive, preferably in a PR, communications, or creative agency environment.
- 3Hands-on experience managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- 4Experience preparing briefing notes, presentations, business decks, proposals, and reports.
- 5Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
- 7High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- 8Adaptable, proactive, and skilled at multitasking with dynamic schedules and priorities.
