• Draft demanding single-turn prompts from your specialty and tag each one as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
• Review model responses against the defined policy standard and decide whether each reply handled the request in the right way.
• Write the reference answer for every prompt and explain the technical basis behind that answer.
• Identify refusals of routine questions from mining engineers or investigators, along with acceptance of dangerous requests that use academic language as cover.
• Document each judgment in plain language that a non-specialist reviewer can follow.
• Pause or step away from misuse scenarios at any point, with no penalty, after the briefing.

• Hands-on depth in explosives, energetic materials, or propulsion systems from at least one listed background: hazardous device work, specialty materials chemistry, forensic incident analysis, propulsion and effects engineering, or commercial blasting.
• Show clear technical writing for non-specialist readers through technical reports, incident or post-blast reporting, published research, or expert witness work. Attach a sample or link.
• Prior AI evaluation or red-teaming work is preferred.
• Readiness to read and write about misuse scenarios in your field for sustained periods, with the option to pause or step away.
• No use of classified, export-controlled, NDA-covered, or prepublication-review material. Disclose any such obligations in your application so the scope can adjust.

Chemists with pyrotechnic or propulsion formulation experience and engineers who have handled initiation or propulsion systems fit this panel.
