We're looking for seasoned elementary school teachers (excluding special education) to share their daily experience in a paid 30-minute survey — no lesson plans required, just honest answers about what you actually do. What You'll Do4

Requirements4
- 1At least 4 years of experience teaching elementary school students (grades K–5) — special education teaching does not qualify for this study.
- 2Your work in an elementary classroom must be current or have ended within the last 12 months.
- 3Direct, hands-on knowledge of lesson planning, instruction, and classroom management is essential — you should be comfortable describing these tasks in detail.
- 4Must be based in the United States (remote participation is fine).
