Overview
Handshake AI seeks energy industry professionals for per-hour contract work that improves how AI systems understand utility operations. - Produce training examples that show how experienced analysts handle customer data and billing workflows.
- Score or critique model output using your hands-on knowledge of Oracle MDM, Oracle CC&B, SAP, or Power BI.
- Flag errors, missing context, and unrealistic steps in AI responses tied to energy industry processes.
- Document your reasoning in clear written feedback that AI research teams can act on.
- Work on an asynchronous schedule with AI researchers and meet project-specific deadlines when assigned.
- Apply your tool experience to shape reference material for model improvement.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in utility metering, customer operations, or a related energy function.
- Background in roles such as Meter Data Analyst, Customer Ops Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Energy Accountant.
- Hands-on use of at least one tool from this list: Oracle MDM, Oracle CC&B, SAP, or Power BI.
- Strong written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to reviewing data and documentation.
- Ability to work on your own and coordinate with AI research teams on an asynchronous schedule.
