- Flag gaps in AI understanding of meter-to-cash processes and customer operations tasks.
- Work through assigned evaluation tasks on your own schedule and submit them by project deadlines.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in utility metering, customer operations, or a related energy function.
- Background in a role such as Meter Data Analyst, Customer Ops Analyst, Billing Analyst, Energy Accountant, or an equivalent energy industry position.
