- Use ArcGIS, Oracle MDM, or Aurora Solar data and methods to ground your evaluations in actual industry practice.
- Compare AI-generated recommendations against professional standards for siting, interconnection, or environmental review.
- Write clear notes that explain each correction and help AI research teams understand your reasoning.
- Track completed evaluations and submit them through Handshake AI project tools.
- Adapt your review criteria to new project briefs as they arrive.
- Work with AI researchers on an asynchronous schedule and respond to feedback on your submissions.

- At least two years of professional experience in environmental analysis, GIS, or renewable energy siting.
- Background in roles such as environmental analyst, GIS analyst, interconnection specialist, solar design engineer, or a similar energy industry position.
- Hands-on work with at least one of these tools: ArcGIS, Oracle MDM, or Aurora Solar.
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to explain technical judgments in plain language.
- Careful attention to detail when checking data, maps, or siting recommendations.
- Comfort working on your own with a flexible, asynchronous schedule and AI research teams.
