Listing checked September 9, 2026 · pay as published by Micro1
Overview
micro1 is looking for experienced creative professionals to support a customer project that trains next-generation AI systems. Your day-to-day work will involve using tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to complete structured tasks, evaluate AI-generated media, and provide detailed feedback. No prior AI experience is needed, but you must have paid experience with human data work for AI models, such as data labeling or RLHF. This is a chance to apply your design and multimedia skills in a way that directly shapes how AI learns and performs.
What You'll Do5
- 1Complete structured tasks using creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
- 2Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism, referencing professional workflows.
- 3Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to defined project criteria.
- 4Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage.
- 5Submit deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and uphold quality benchmarks set by the project.
Requirements6
- 1At least 2 years of professional experience using creative or design tools in contexts such as graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio/sound work.
- 2Proficiency with the applications relevant to your expertise; experience with comparable creative tools is also welcome.
- 3Verified, paid Human Data experience for AI training—such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading (this is a firm requirement).
- 4Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above.
- 5No formal degree necessary; substantial practical creative experience is the key qualification.
- 6Dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly.
Who Should Apply
This role suits a creative professional with at least two years of hands-on experience in design or media production, who also has a track record of paid work on AI training data. If you have evaluated AI outputs, done annotation, or graded responses, you will likely fit well. The role is less suitable for those who have only generated content with AI tools, as that does not count as qualifying experience. Candidates often get rejected when they lack verified paid human data experience or cannot demonstrate proficiency with the listed tools. Be ready to show concrete examples of your creative work and your data-related projects.
