Requirements7
- 16+ years leading multi-quarter technology initiatives with full cycle ownership, including planning, vendor coordination, and results delivery.
- 2Demonstrated expertise in team management, cross-functional leadership, and conflict resolution within complex projects.
- 3Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation, particularly with external technology providers.
- 4Strong familiarity with establishing, monitoring, and enforcing SLAs and reporting on vendor performance.
- 5Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex progress updates for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 6Experience producing clear, actionable project documentation and executive-level reports.
- 7Background in contributing to or leading projects where insights informed process improvements or technology adoption decisions.
