Overview
This role involves applying chemistry expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. The contractor will analyze scientific documents, develop high-quality questions and answers, and collaborate with teams to ensure scientific rigor. No prior AI experience is required—domain knowledge in chemistry is the primary qualification.
What You'll Do7

Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- 22+ years of professional experience in academia, laboratory, or industry settings.
- 3Proven ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical documents and research studies.
- 4Excellent English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Demonstrated experience in data retrieval, computation, and analytical reasoning.
- 6Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality results.
- 7Strong attention to detail and scientific accuracy.

Salary Insight
