What You'll Do6
- 1Choose a C repository from the validated pool, working from the pinned commit and its existing engineering question, rubrics, foils, and golden solution.
- 2Dig through the subsystem until you can explain its runtime behavior and trace the relevant PR or issue history.
- 3Rewrite the task question so it challenges frontier coding agents while staying clear and fair to answer.
- 4Tune rubrics and foils to reward sound reasoning and catch answers that look right but fail in practice.
- 5Run the Studio validation sequence: Check, Golden, Run, Analyze. Repeat until each stage passes.
- 6Record your process in the task README, submit for expert review, and revise returned tasks based on reviewer notes.

- 2Proven skill at reading a large unfamiliar C codebase and describing how it behaves at runtime, not just what comments or headers claim.
