What You'll Do6

- 2Source, build, and curate authentic datasets such as trial data, patient records, and protocol documents for use in tasks.
- 3Define correct methodological solutions and defensible clinical interpretations for each evaluation scenario.
- 4Develop detailed rubrics with 35 or more items to assess AI agent performance on methodological rigor and clinical reasoning.
- 5Ensure every task reflects the complexity and depth of actual biostatistics practice, steering clear of simplified or textbook-style examples.
- 6Work with project stakeholders to align deliverables with regulatory and scientific standards.
Requirements7
- 1MS or PhD in biostatistics, statistics, or epidemiology.
- 24+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, contract research, hospital, or academic medical settings.
- 3Proven command of clinical study design, regulatory documentation, and observational research methods.
- 4Advanced proficiency in R, Python, SAS, or Stata applied to real clinical or epidemiological datasets.
- 5Strong attention to methodological detail, clinical interpretation, and regulatory sensitivity.
- 6Experience preparing submission-ready deliverables for regulatory agencies such as FDA or EMA is a plus.
- 7Excellent written communication skills and ability to author detailed grading rubrics and technical documentation.
