Overview
micro1 seeks Bilingual Cantonese Psychiatrists for a remote contract to help train next-generation AI systems. You will develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies, conduct psychological assessments, and provide expert annotations that reflect Cantonese psychiatric practices. Your work will directly shape how AI models learn and reason about mental health. No prior AI experience is needed; your clinical domain knowledge is what matters.
What You'll Do7
- 1Create and assess intricate psychiatric case studies that mirror real-world, culturally nuanced scenarios for AI model training.
- 2Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and deliver expert annotations grounded in Cantonese psychiatric perspectives.
- 3Write clear, precise documentation and analyses in both Cantonese and English, ensuring clinical and cultural accuracy.
- 4Collaborate with interdisciplinary AI project teams, sharing insights to deepen model understanding of psychiatric concepts.
- 5Apply ethical decision-making when reviewing sensitive case content, upholding patient confidentiality and best practices.
- 6Help build bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
- 7Provide expert feedback on the analytical evaluation methods AI systems use in mental health contexts.
Requirements7
- 1Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
- 2Native fluency in Cantonese and advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication in both.
- 3Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation within Cantonese clinical settings.
- 4Demonstrated ability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning to complex mental health scenarios.
- 5Proven background in developing teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes.
- 6Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects, ideally involving technology, research, or digital health.
- 7Familiarity with both Western and Cantonese psychiatric frameworks and a commitment to professional integrity.
Who Should Apply
This role suits a licensed psychiatrist who has completed residency and is fully bilingual in Cantonese and English. You should have hands-on experience with psychiatric assessment and case documentation in Cantonese clinical settings, plus a track record of creating educational or research materials. Candidates who lack native Cantonese fluency or have not completed a psychiatry residency often score low on fit. Also, if you have no experience applying cultural sensitivity to complex mental health cases, your application may be rejected early.
