Overview
This role is for seasoned B2B sales professionals who want to help shape how artificial intelligence understands and performs sales tasks. Instead of selling yourself, you'll be the evaluator—designing scoring rubrics and rating AI-generated and human sales work with clear, evidence-based written feedback. It's a high-judgment, analytical position that directly improves the quality of AI systems used in enterprise sales.
What You'll Do4
- 1Create precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world sales deliverables such as prospecting sequences, outreach emails, discovery call plans, account plans, proposals, mutual action plans, and pipeline reviews.
- 2Evaluate both AI-generated and human-produced work samples against those criteria, providing detailed written justifications that explain every score you assign.
- 3Maintain consistent, evidence-based judgment so that your ratings are reproducible and can stand up to peer review.
- 4Act on structured feedback from senior reviewers and quickly refine your evaluation approach to improve accuracy and fairness.
Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of professional B2B sales experience in quota-carrying roles, preferably as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative selling to large enterprises.
- 2Deep, hands-on understanding of the daily sales craft: outbound prospecting, multi-stakeholder deal management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and structured sales methodologies.
- 3Exceptional written communication skills—you need to articulate exactly why a piece of work would or would not resonate with a real buyer.
- 4Strong attention to detail, consistency in judgment, and comfort having your evaluations calibrated against those of your peers. Prior experience with AI training or evaluation projects is a strong plus.
