- 1Lead strategic procurement and sourcing across materials, equipment and services.
- 2Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and project requirements.

- 4Drive cost reduction, negotiations and commercial excellence.
- 5Manage purchase contracts, commercial terms and supplier performance.
- 6Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials while maintaining quality and cost objectives.
- 7Build strong supplier relationships and develop alternate or backup sources.
- 8Monitor procurement budgets, savings and key procurement KPIs.
- 9Collaborate with Projects, Operations, Finance, Stores and Engineering teams to align procurement plans with business requirements.
- 10Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes and governance standards.

- 115-20 years of overall procurement experience, preferably in Steel, Mining, or Metals industries.
- 2B.Tech degree is mandatory.

- 4Experience managing large-value procurement and complex supplier ecosystems.
- 5Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
