Overview
micro1 seeks Visual Content Evaluators to help improve AI-generated images for a customer project. You will upload your own original photos that meet project specs, then compare them side by side with AI versions. Your notes on lighting, texture, anatomy, and other visual flaws will train next-gen models. No AI background needed. What matters is your eye for detail and your ability to describe what you see.
What You'll Do7
- Upload original images you own that follow the provided project specifications.
- Compare each original image with its AI-generated counterpart in a side-by-side review.
- Spot and document visual differences in lighting, perspective, texture, anatomy, and color accuracy.
- Flag common AI artifacts such as warped hands, smudged surfaces, inconsistent shadows, broken patterns, or misshapen text.
- Write clear, concise descriptions for each issue, pointing to the exact location in the image.
- Apply project guidelines with a high standard of quality assurance, putting accuracy ahead of speed.
- Provide constructive feedback throughout each evaluation so the insights are actionable for model improvement.
Requirements7
- Based in the United States (non-negotiable project requirement).
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with error-free feedback and detailed image notes.
- Keen visual acuity and a proven ability to detect subtle differences between similar images.
- Background in photography, digital imaging, graphic design, photo editing, or a closely related field, with the vocabulary to describe technical visual issues.
- Familiarity with AI image generation processes and typical failure points.
- Experience in image evaluation, data annotation, comparison, or similar visual quality assurance work.
- Reliable, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to careful, comprehensive review on every assignment.
Who Should Apply
This role suits someone with a photography, design, or photo editing background who can spot subtle visual flaws and describe them in precise English. You should be based in the US and comfortable comparing images side by side. Prior AI experience is not required.
