Overview
We're looking for a Visual Designer who can bring websites, marketing materials, and digital products to life with premium graphics, motion, and 3D. Your focus will be on crafting polished visuals that feel dynamic and engaging — from scroll-based animations to brand campaigns. We care more about the quality of your work and your creative thinking than how many years of experience you have.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design high-end website graphics, motion assets, and marketing creatives from initial concept to final delivery
- 2Produce 3D animations and interactive visual elements for digital experiences and ad campaigns
- 3Add motion and depth to static layouts so visuals feel more immersive and memorable
- 4Create motion-friendly assets like scroll-based animations and interactive prototypes
- 5Develop original, creative concepts for brand campaigns and marketing ads
- 6Use Figma to craft polished UI layouts, prototypes, and design-ready components
- 7Work with cross-functional teams to turn creative ideas into seamless digital experiences
- 8Apply strong typography, layout, color theory, and modern web design principles throughout your work
- 9Iterate quickly on feedback while keeping a high bar for visual quality
Requirements9
- 1A strong portfolio demonstrating premium visual design, motion, 3D work, website animations, and marketing assets
- 2Proven experience creating high-quality graphics and motion for websites, digital products, or campaigns
- 3Hands-on experience building motion-friendly web visuals, including scroll-based animations and interactive elements
- 4Ability to produce quality 3D assets and animations using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools
- 5Proficiency with motion tools like After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or equivalents
- 6Comfortable working in Figma for visual design, UI layouts, and prototyping
- 7Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and how visual design supports intuitive digital experiences
- 8Ability to conceive original graphic concepts and execute them at a high-quality level
- 9Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail

Salary Insight
The base salary for this full-time position is $180,000–$200,000 USD, plus eligibility for equity compensation and performance-based bonuses. micro1 also provides a comprehensive benefits package including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) with company match, and additional perks for a remote-first workforce.
