This contract role is with micro1, supporting a client’s cutting-edge AI video generation product. As a QA Specialist, you’ll perform hands-on manual testing, identify issues, and directly assist customers—helping train the next generation of AI. You don’t need AI experience; your domain expertise in quality and communication is what counts.
What You'll Do7
- 1Execute thorough manual testing on an advanced AI-driven video platform to evaluate functionality, usability, and performance.
- 2Detect, document, and prioritize bugs or other issues, then provide clear reports to engineering teams for fast fixes.
- 3Interact directly with clients to offer expert technical support, answer questions, and explain complex topics in plain language.
