What You'll Do7

- 3Use APCO or NENA standards to evaluate, log, and assign incidents following documented steps.
- 4Deliver precise and brief written and spoken replies in simulated or actual crisis situations.
- 5Give thorough evaluations of incident management, choices made, and escalation steps to support AI model training.
- 6Help create training scenarios by describing common and unusual dispatch situations along with suggested response procedures.
- 7Examine and mark up call transcripts or incident logs to keep training data accurate and clear.
Requirements7
- 1At least 3 years of active work as a police dispatcher, coordinator, or similar role in emergency communications.
- 2Proven ability to prioritize tasks, juggle multiple duties, and make quick decisions under stress.
- 3APCO or NENA certification is a strong plus.
- 4Superb writing and speaking abilities with sharp attention to detail and a professional manner.
- 5Comfortable with dispatch procedures, CAD software, and current emergency communication tools.
- 6Background in writing and sharing procedures for training or QA efforts.
- 7Careful, flexible, and cooperative in remote project work.
