You will design graduate-level computational challenges that test whether advanced AI systems can use real scientific software to solve research problems. The work focuses on pharmacokinetics and systems biology, where you will create original problems, run them against state-of-the-art AI models, and refine them until the difficulty is just right. You will work hands-on with tools like libRoadRunner and Tellurium to build problem setups, oracle functions, and validators.
