Requirements6
- 1PhD in chemistry, computational chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent industry or research experience.
- 2Deep hands-on expertise with simulation-heavy environments and methods like density functional theory (DFT), force fields, and molecular docking.
- 3Proficiency with industry-standard tools including Gaussian, ORCA, GROMACS, LAMMPS, RDKit, or OpenBabel.
- 4Strong scientific programming skills in Python for building and analyzing complex computational workflows.
- 5Excellent quantitative, analytical, and scientific reasoning skills, with a track record of rigorous problem-solving in chemistry domains.
- 6Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to clearly document technical insights for diverse audiences.
