Overview

This role applies ethical hacking and penetration testing expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. You will conduct comprehensive security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable remediation strategies. No prior AI experience is required—your domain knowledge is what matters. The position is fully remote and contract-based.

What You'll Do7

• 1Conduct comprehensive penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities.
• 2Perform thorough vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, and prioritize risks based on impact and exploitability.
• 3Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define testing scopes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• 4Document detailed findings and communicate technical reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5Develop actionable remediation strategies and provide expert guidance to teams for implementation.
• 6Stay at the forefront of emerging threats, attack vectors, and security best practices.
• 7Contribute technical insights to ongoing process improvements and security posture enhancements.

Requirements5

• 1Demonstrated expertise in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• 2Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and industry-standard tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).
• 3Proven ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable written and verbal communication.
• 4Solid understanding of network, application, and cloud security concepts.
• 5Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or GPEN are highly desirable.
