Overview
micro1 seeks Senior Software Engineers to train next-generation AI systems by reviewing code patches from LLMs. You will assess patches for repositories you maintain, providing written feedback and justifications. - Assess code patches generated by LLMs for your maintained repositories and give detailed feedback.
- Write clear justifications for each assessment you provide.
- Review work submitted by other subject-matter experts.
- Maintain consistent activity in your repositories to support ongoing evaluation.
- Submit a minimum number of tasks each week as set by the project.
- Apply your expertise in languages such as C++, Java, TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or C to judge patch quality.
- Ensure your assessments meet project specifications for quality and accuracy.

- Demonstrated open source contributions with a public profile on GitHub or GitLab.
- Experience maintaining an open source repository.
- Prior experience reviewing code contributions from others.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of: C++, Java, TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or C.
- Ability to evaluate code patches and articulate reasoning in writing.
- Comfort working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
- Commitment to meeting weekly task submission minimums.
- No prior AI experience required; domain expertise is what matters.
