- 1At least 2 years of litigation, disputes, or contentious practice at a law firm or barristers' chambers (3+ years preferred).
- 2Current in-house lawyers qualify only if they moved in-house within the last 2 years and built the prior experience at a firm or chambers.
- 3Admission to practice in Australia and solid working knowledge of Australian court procedure and litigation law.
- 4Native or fluent English with the ability to write precise, unambiguous assessment notes.
- 5Comfortable working alone against a rubric and meeting 10-hour project deadlines.
