What You'll Do7

• Produce authentic consulting deliverables, from market overviews and research briefs to strategy decks, client memos, and analytical spreadsheets.
• Write detailed prompts that define the analytical task behind each deliverable.
• Build concise rubrics that show what separates excellent, average, and poor output.
• Source or create examples that reflect real client work and professional communication.
• Shape tasks around structured problem solving, including MECE, issue trees, and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Check that every deck, memo, and spreadsheet meets a client-ready standard.
• Keep prompts precise enough for another model to follow the same reasoning path.

Requirements7

• Native English speaker.
• 1-5 years in consulting, including at least one stint at a leading firm.
• Strong desk research, synthesis, and presentation skills.
• Ability to turn analysis into polished, client-ready materials.
• Experience leading workstreams or managing research-heavy modules (preferred).
• Familiarity with MECE, issue trees, and hypothesis-driven problem solving (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and structured business writing (preferred).
