Requirements7
- 1Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate (any level) or Analyst (2nd year+), or an equivalent role in Sales & Trading.
- 2Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution processes.
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
- 4Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, transaction documents, and market data.
- 5Keen attention to detail and a knack for giving constructive, actionable feedback on complex materials.
- 6Capacity to work independently and manage multiple deliverables within defined project milestones.
- 7Familiarity with industry-standard documentation, regulatory considerations, and deal structuring nuances.
