Overview
This role involves capturing high-quality video demonstrations of everyday household tasks using a UMI gripper wearable device to train personal robotics. As a contractor, you will follow detailed specifications, review feedback, and iteratively improve data quality. The work is remote and requires a US-based household, with equipment provided at no cost.
What You'll Do6
- 1Capture and submit high-quality, specification-compliant video demonstrations of everyday household tasks using a UMI gripper wearable device.
- 2Follow detailed, task-specific instructions to ensure all recordings meet rigorous project standards.
- 3Review feedback from assigned reviewers and iteratively refine your approach to improve data quality.
- 4Operate and set up recording equipment and the UMI gripper to accurately mimic real-world hand movements while performing tasks.
- 5Communicate proactively and clearly with the customer’s project team, both in writing and verbally.
- 6Maintain a consistent weekly workflow to meet the minimum approved data requirements.
