Requirements5

• 2+ years of professional experience in industrial operations, plant performance, or energy asset management.
• Background in roles such as Plant Performance Engineer, Reliability Engineer, SCADA Engineer, Drilling/Production Engineer, or Generation Asset Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of these tools: AVEVA PI, WinCC, Oracle MDM, Power BI, or Bloomberg Terminal.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
