Forward Deployed Product Manager (Ex-Sprinklr)
Overview
This role involves embedding with enterprise customers to understand their business processes and translate them into concrete use cases for AI agents, automations, and applications. You will build working solutions on the platform using no-code builders and integrations, and own the technical and functional design of deployments across systems like Salesforce, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and core banking/telecom stacks. The position requires client-facing delivery and a bias to build, with 3-7 years of experience.
What You'll Do7
- 1Embed with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, systems landscape, and data, translating into use cases for AI agents, automations, and applications.
- 2Build working solutions on the UnifyApps platform using no-code builders, integrations, and data layer; ship, iterate, and get to production.
- 3Own the technical and functional design of deployments across systems like Salesforce, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, core banking, and telecom stacks.
- 4Work with customer stakeholders from process owners up to CXOs, running discovery workshops, demos, solution reviews, and go-live.
- 5Define success metrics for each deployment and hold the deployment to them.
- 6Feed patterns and gaps back to the core product and engineering teams to turn custom work into platform capability.
- 7Support pre-sales and pilot conversations where deep product depth is needed.
Requirements6
- 13 to 7 years of experience with meaningful time in a product or solutions role.
- 2Strong track record of client-facing delivery with implementations or deployments for large enterprise customers.
- 3Comfortable getting hands-on: can read an API doc, model a data flow, write SQL, and reason about system integrations; coding is a plus.
- 4Experience with workflow automation, iPaaS, low-code platforms, CRM/ERP/ITSM ecosystems, or LLM and agentic AI systems.
- 5Bias to build: comfortable with ambiguity and changing scope.
- 6Willing to travel to customer sites and work on-site in Gurugram.
