Overview

In this 16-week remote project, you will research online sources, verify information, and evaluate AI-generated responses to help improve leading AI models. The work involves summarizing complex content into clear insights and providing annotations that support model training. Turing, a San Francisco-based company, partners with frontier AI labs and Fortune 500 enterprises to build agentic AI systems. The role is open to students and working professionals who can commit 20 hours per week, with the option to scale up to 40.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Conduct online research to check facts and confirm the reliability of information.
  • 2Analyze complex documents and logical puzzles to identify flaws or gaps.
  • 3Distill large amounts of information into brief, coherent summaries.
  • 4Review AI outputs for factual or reasoning errors and correct them.
  • 5Produce high-quality written explanations and annotations for AI training data.

Requirements4

  • 1Own an active Gemini account with a history of at least 10 separate conversations tied to learning, education, research, projects, exam prep, or skill development. Newly created accounts will not be accepted.
  • 2Ability to commit 20 hours per week, with an option to work up to 40 hours, including 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
  • 3A bachelor's degree in progress or completed, or direct experience in research, analysis, writing, editing, translation, journalism, or data-related work.
  • 4Comfort and reliability in a fully remote, independent workflow.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate has sharp research instincts, strong writing skills, and a track record of autonomous analytical work, whether through academics or professional roles. They also have a genuine Gemini account with a clear history of educational or research conversations. This role is less suitable for people who dislike solitary, detail-heavy work or who cannot guarantee 20 hours per week with PST overlap. Many applicants get rejected for submitting a newly created Gemini account or for lacking at least 10 relevant conversations in their history. Others score low on fit when their availability is inconsistent or their summaries are too vague.
