Overview
Remote biostatistics work at Mercor splits into two tracks: generating synthetic patient data and scoring AI agents. You will create raw patient-level records, convert them through SDTM and ADaM, and produce TLF outputs where every number reconciles to its source. On the authorship side, you will build prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics that measure an AI agent's ability to run the same end-to-end pipelines. The work draws on pre-market trial experience (Phases 1-3) and asks you to implement an existing SAP, not write one.

- 6Translate an existing SAP into concrete data transformations and output specifications without modifying the SAP itself.

- 2At least five years of biostatistics experience, with ten to twenty-five years strongly preferred.
- 3Master's degree in biostatistics or statistics required; PhD preferred.
- 4Available for 20 to 25 hours per week minimum, with 30 or more hours favored.
- 5Hands-on expertise across SDTM, ADaM, and TLF layers of pre-market (Phases 1-3) clinical trials.
- 6Ability to implement an existing SAP into data transformations and outputs rather than authoring a new SAP.
- 7Comfortable producing synthetic patient data that is clinically realistic, not contrived.
